First of all, you need to recognise your mistakes and do not escape them. The worst mistake that you may make during your work is to deny your faults and that is definitely un-moral. Because of that you have to apologise in a nice way, and you need to avoid the aggressive way as much as possible since that will make it worse and vice versa.

As a consequence,  he will start thinking in a negative way and they will forget the idea of apologizing. When you do an apology with simple words, and when you say in a polite way that you can correct your mistakes, that will save you from punishment. Even though some people consider apologizing as a difficult mission, but it is a necessity in order to prove enough respect for yourself and for your job. Moreover, it is a good way to reduce your bosses’ anger. We need to enhance this idea even though it will not change what happened.

Sometimes, recognising mistakes counts for nothing. Now you are going out the window, so you need to accept the punishment that human resources in the organisation will be approved. You may see that your mistake does not worth that punishment, but some mistakes cannot be forgiven.  As a result, you may lose your job.

It is important to take your mistake and its results into your account to ensure that you will not repeat that again. You will be the most conscious person and you will recognise that what happened was something that you cannot handle. For example, you  may stay late and this will lead to lose your concentration while doing your tasks. All that would help you to correct the factors that cause a certain mistake.

The fault happened and it is over, so there is no need for regret. Now, you are in front of a bad reality, you need accept it, and to learn from your mistakes.
