I think many people know it now, regardless of whether they realize and apply it, Elrod the writer of Miracle Morning has some notes that will make you look at the morning as an actual miracle as the name of the book.

The author Hal Elrod died clinically when he was 20 years old, and after a time of treatment he had fully cured, that thing made him look at himself, improve and develop it.

Miracle Morning is full of everything you need to be a successful person and be sure that by applying some habits which the book includes, your life will never be the same.

As a beginning, 3 steps will help you radically to start. 

1st step: if you don’t start doing what you want now no change will happen.

2nd step: why are you living a normal life?

Either you live in the past, have no goal, isolate your decisions from achievement, there is no responsibility, you have a circle of ’’normal’’ impacts, you don’t work to improve yourself and you miss the feel of the action.

Those seven reasons are the answer of that question in the second step that you have to know

Third step: Take your first step today

So, the first two steps are the knowing and certainty, as for the third step, it is the labor and the first step. 

Sleeping for X hours

One of the most important things that caught my attention is confirming an idea I was trying recently and searching for is sleeping less than 8 hours a day. 

Hal confirms after many experiments that is a rumor and you don’t have to commit to this time, instead, you have to commit to waking up actively and with your full power and this is what you get when you take care of your morning routine. 

You can sleep for 4 hours and take all your body needs of sleeping.

the five steps for unsnoozed waking:

When you press snooze in alarm, you delay your waking, which effects on your results.

Delaying your waking means delaying your results and your progress.

Therefore, Hal has put 5 steps to wake up without losing your morning.

Step 1: set your intentions and tasks before sleep.

Step 2: put the alarm away in your room to force you to walk and stop it.

Step 3: brush your teeth once you wake up.

Step 4: drink a big glass of water.

Step 5: wear your sport cloths or jump in the bathroom to take a shower.

Imagine your future as you want it to be. This, will make you work hard and take effective steps toward your future as you want it to be.

4- E For Exercise 

Exercises are very important to flow blood and oxygen to your body and your brain and this increases the abilities of the mind and concentrate and also supplies you with the power all day.

5- R For Reading

Every day, read 10 pages to get the knowledge that makes you change and evolve your mindset.

6- S For Scribing

Writing and recording help you to get rid of your Internal pressures. The recording makes you like you are emptying your mind in your diary.



6 minutes to the miracle morning

Getting real and realistic results by finding  6 minutes in the morning to do some habits.

1st: silence to clear the mind.

2nd: reading the affirmation out loud.

3rd: imagine that you achieved your dream.

4th: write whatever comes to your mind, you can write your daily missions.

5th: read pages about improving the self (book, dairy).

6th: do anything makes your heart beat for one minute (jumping, rushing in the place...).

You can edit in this morning routine as you want. You can increase the allocated time for any of the mentioned habits as you see fit, and don’t eat before the end of the six minutes.

It will take just 30 days from you. Follow what you have learned for 30 days only and you will see the great transformation in your life.

I liked the Miracle Morning a lot because it contains clear steps that I personally do.
